Research paper submissions must be in English. Previously published work cannot be submitted, nor may it be simultaneously submitted to any other conference or journal. Such articles will be rejected without evaluation.

Conference submissions must present original, unpublished work. The submissions may be either experimental or theoretical and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. We assert that ethical behavior is the paramount value of every academic. Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are impermissible, and academic misconduct will be condemned. Upon discovering an author involved in plagiarism, we will either reject the submitted manuscript or withdraw it from the final publishing. The fabrication of data constitutes a severe violation of established scientific standards, as does the selective reporting of information intended to mislead or deceive, along with the appropriation of data or research findings from others. All articles will undergo plagiarism verification. Plagiarism must not exceed 10% & with less than 20% AI content.
A preliminary evaluation was performed by conference editors to ensure that all submissions align with the conference's focus; otherwise, the contribution will be rejected or recommended for other relevant conferences. Members of the conference committee (reviewers) frequently omitted author names, emails, and affiliations before submitting them for peer review.
During the evaluation process, we will assess originality, redundancy, substance, and conclusions.
Each reviewer will be required to complete the evaluation form, scoring a total of 9 criteria (Yes/No) along with remarks.
